Small Hours is a short animated film created by Marta Sniezek and Christian Spurling. It has made it’s way to over 100 festivals and won awards.

I composed and produced the music score for this film working closely with Marta and Christian to ensure that the music reflected what they wanted for their film. The result was a dreamy, synth-and-piano-led score with nostalgic, low-fidelity sounds and textures.

Through the use of space, lingering sounds overlap in the absence of percussion.
